A Toyota City resident was arrested for stealing tools from the back of a truck

24-year-old Rusei Suzuki was arrested for stealing tools from the back of a truck parked in a parking lot in Gamagori City, Aichi.

Suzuki and a resident of Toyota City, he is suspected to have stolen 120,000 yen worth of six tools, including an air compressor and a nailing machine, from the trunk.

In response to the police investigation, Suzuki said: I have nothing to report.

Since January of this year, there have been five other incidents of tool theft in and around Gamagori city, and a lawn mower and other items were found in Suzuki’s car, and the police are investigating the relationship.
