Aichi police arrest Vietnamese for counterfeiting nearly 600 car inspection marks

The person arrested was De Van Lam (31), an unemployed Vietnamese who lived in Ibaraki province. According to police, De was arrested for violating the Road Transport Vehicles Act, using a copier to falsify the May and June automotive inspection mark (seal).
