The Mount Akaiwa Observatory (赤岩山), is located behind the ancient Sekiganji Temple in Toyohashi City, Aichi. With free parking in front of the temple and it takes about 10 minutes from the parking lot to the observatory.
The Akaiwa Observatory has two floors, with an altitude of 111.4 meters. A circular observatory where we can see the entire area around Toyohashi.
