Rymer Colin, 51, a Canadian national who taught English to children, was arrested for committing an obscene act with a female student.
Colin was teaching English in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, but in March of this year he committed lewd acts, such as touching the lower body of a girl under 10 years old, and in December of last year, another 10. It was arrested for indecent exposure and violation of the Child Pornography Prohibition Act.
He is also accused of taking photos and videos of girls under 18 producing child pornography.
