Yusuke Ito, a 35-year-old used car salesman in Ampachi City (安八町), Gifu Prefecture, was arrested in September for fraud, violating the Road Transport Vehicles Act, suspected of pasting inspection marks (seal ) illegally to extend the expiration date of vehicle inspections.
About 60 cars used by foreigners were arrested across the country undocumented and could not be marketed, for alteration and expiry date fraud, prolonging the automotive inspection, all cars were in the name of Yusuke Ito.
