This is a museum about the history and culture of the city of Chiryu, in Aichi Prefecture.
The first-floor displays a reconstructed model of the Ikoifujuku inn, one of the 53 stations on the Tokaido road, as well as ukiyo-e prints and travel tools.
The second floor houses the Folklore section, the Primitive, Ancient and Medieval Art section, and the Naito Roichi section, which display valuable materials that offer insight into the history and culture of Chiryu, including artifacts excavated from the Nishinaka ruins, materials related to Chiryu from the primitive to the medieval period, a restored farmhouse, and antique tools.
