To assist foreign workers in Japan, the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Welfare offers a Consultation Line for Foreign Workers in eight languages (English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Burmese and Nepali).
Through the hotline, foreigners can consult all about the laws and information from related public bodies, according to the problem consulted.
Call Rate: Landline 8.5 yen every 180 seconds and mobile phone 10 yen every 180 seconds.
