Danilo Zanolini will represent Brazil at the K-1 World Grand Prix on February 27

Danilo Zanolini, is Brazilian, kickboxing fighter, was world champion in 2010, he defended the title four times, before being selected to fight for the RISE welterweight belt.

Danilo Zanolini came to Japan in 1999 and won 4 belts 「K-1 │RISE │HEAT │ISKA」, and in these 20 years in Japan he only lost once to a Japanese fighter.

He will be back in K-1 on February 27th as leader of the Brazilian Thai team to face Japanese fighter Katsuya Jinbo who is coming off 4 consecutive victories.

At the Japanese press conference Danilo Zanolini commented: I will show everyone who is stronger in the ring, foreign or Japanese. According to an interview given to JapanMultishow Danilo Zanolini, currently manages 「Brazilian Thai」academies and trains his students.
