Hotline for Inquiries on Working Conditions

The Hotline for Inquiries on Working Conditions is a service carried out as a commission project of the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Welfare. The call is free and you can call from all over Japan from landlines and mobiles.

The Hotline Service Inquiry Service is offered in Japanese and eight other languages: English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Burmese and Nepali.

Explanations of laws are provided and related public bodies are presented to help, according to the queried problem.
