Phan Tan Binh (ファン・タン・ビン), a Vietnamese factory worker living in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, was arrested for smuggling illegal “Dominix” cigarettes.

According to the Tokai Hokuriku Health and Welfare Narcotics Control Department, Huang is suspected of violating the Pharmaceutical and Medical Products Act by smuggling approximately 61 grams of plant pieces, including designated drugs, from Vietnam by international mail. , mixed with tea in June last year.
