Mount Ooya, in the city of Toyota, has a huge granite outcrop at its summit that transforms into a viewpoint with a spectacular view.
On the side of the rock, there is an information plaque installed by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, indicating the direction and name of each visible point from the viewpoint.
The viewpoint is located near the center of Toyota, is easily accessible, and offers magnificent views, which is why it attracts many tourists.
This observation deck is located 248 meters above sea level, offering a 180-degree view from which you can see the Tokai-Kaikan Expressway, Toyota Stadium, Mount Sanage, the buildings of Nagoya, the mountains of Gifu Prefecture, and the mountains of Nagano Prefecture.
