The Nishio City Hawaiian Festival (Aichi-ken) is held annually in late August, HULA dance enthusiasts from all over Japan gather at Nishio’s Kira-Waikiki Beach to perform their group.
Every year the city of Nishio hosts this huge festival that celebrates all things Hawaii. Stage performances include professional Hawaiian island performers and amateur hula hula performers.
