From the beautiful castle-shaped lookout point in the city of Tokoname, it’s possible to enjoy panoramic views of Ise Bay, the slopes of Mount Suzuka, Chubu Centrair International Airport, and much more.
Construction of the observation deck began in 1979 within Shiroyama Park and was inspired by the ruins of Onojo Castle, being inaugurated in April 1980.
At that time, it was the residence of the Saji clan and was probably used to monitor the navy and ships.
