The Mie de Iga Prefecture Police Station arrested a Peruvian man in the city of Iga on suspicion of driving while intoxicated (suspected of violating the Traffic Law by driving while intoxicated).
The alleged arrest took place around 22:15 on the 29th on the municipal road of the Ueno Kaya-machi neighborhood, police officers were in a police car when they saw an ordinary passenger car outside the lane waiting for the red traffic light at the Ueno kayamachi intersection.
The officer smelled alcohol, so he was asked to take the test. The result was an above-standard value in exhaled breath, the Peruvian confessed to having drunk 3 bottles of beer.
