Peruvian Wes Guinness Ricardo Ankey (ウエス ギネス リカルド アンキー) was arrested again on suspicion of murder.
According to the police, in May of this year, in the city of Osaka, Wes hit Masataka Seki in the head with a beer bottle and he died after being knocked off the 5th floor. Executive Seki was found in a gap between buildings in Minami, Osaka.
Prior to the incident, Wes had already been arrested for assaulting the executive in a restaurant in this building, Wes remained silent in the investigation.
