The Toyohashi International Association, together with Infopia, offers general consulting services to assist foreign residents of Toyohashi City in four languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog, and Japanese. To further support the foreign community, the International Association also offers free Japanese language courses and other language training.

Language Courses
The International Association also offers private language courses in English, French, Chinese, and Spanish. These are intended for people who live or work in the city of Toyohashi.
For residents of Toyohashi City, the International Association assists foreigners in completing income tax returns free of charge.
