Truck runs over a Vietnamese woman riding a bicycle in Yatomi city, fatal accident

On the afternoon of the 22nd, a right-turning dump truck collided with a bicycle in the town of Yatomi and a Vietnamese woman who was riding a bicycle died.

Fam Ti Tui Chang (ファム・ティ・トゥイ・チャンさん), 23 years, a Vietnamese technical trainee who was riding a bicycle in this accident, died of a head fracture.

A 51-year-old man who was driving the dump truck was heading back to the office, the man told the investigation he hit the woman without realizing it.
