Two men arrested on suspicion of stealing two Alphards

Last October, two men were arrested for stealing two Alphards in Aichi Prefecture. The total damage caused by the two should reach 250 million yen.

The suspects are 38-year-old Toshihiro Kaneko and 45-year-old Shin Honda.

According to police, the two are suspected of robbing Alphard at a parking lot in Higashi-ku, Nagoya and Toyoyama-cho in October last year. The police believe that the two were involved in several car thefts, because there have been about 50 cases of damage, mainly in the Owari region, and the total damage so far has reached 250 million yen, they are also investigating other crimes.
