Vietnamese Dang Truong Duc, 24 years old, unemployed from Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, was arrested for smuggling approximately 75 grams of the drug ketamine via international mail from Vietnam.
Dunn had hidden ketamine in the bottom of his sandals until customs officers found it on an X-ray.
