Peruvian arrested for hitting taxi driver in the face and fleeing without paying

27-year-old Peruvian Miyahira Asoshina Kiyohiko (ミヤヒラ・アソシナ・キヨヒコ) was arrested for failing to pay a taxi and punching the taxi driver.

According to police, Miyahira is suspected of punching the driver in the face in Kawasaki City early on the 5th, getting out of a taxi without paying the taxi fare of 4.340 yen.

The Peruvian said that the driver was chasing him when he fled the taxi: I said I couldn’t pay, hitting the driver in the face, leaving him bruised, with cuts on his lip.

The suspect was drunk at the time and denied the allegations, saying: I don’t remember what I did, so I want to ask what I did.
