Vietnamese man arrested for stabbing a Japanese man

The Kanagawa Prefectural Isogo Police Station arrested 35-year-old Vietnamese Le Thi Ngoc Hanh (レ・ティ・ゴック・ハ), resident in Shiroishi District of Sapporo City, Hokkaido, for attempted murder.

According to police, Hanh is suspected of stabbing 37-year-old Tsuyoshi Sakami in Yokohama City at around 4:35 am on the 5th.

Mr. Sakami, who was bleeding from the upper body, ran to the Isogo police station and Hanh went after him with a knife and was arrested in the act. Sakami was confirmed dead about an hour and 40 minutes later at the hospital he was taken to.
