On the 20th, a man of Turkish nationality, Dagtan Mamut, 23 years old, was arrested for causing an accident and running away in the city of Nishio, Aichi.
Dagtan hit a 77-year-old man who was walking with the car door mirror, injuring him and fled.
The man suffered serious injuries, breaking his right arm.
