Hosoe Observatory is located in the northern part of the city of Hamamatsu built in 1963, it offers a beautiful view of Lake Okuhana, Lake Hamana, Tsutodagawa, Miyakodagawa, Iiyagawa and the view of the city of Hamamatsu.

During the day, you can enjoy the lake landscape and cityscape of Hosoe and at night, the city lights that spread out under your eyes. On the second floor there are signs with the direction names to facilitate.

Next to the Observatory there is a small wooden playground for children.

Hosoe Observatory is one of the few night vision points in the city of Hamamatsu, the observatory and visited by tourists and mainly couples in love.
