Ken-ei Jyutaku is prefectural housing, built using tax revenue, in this case from Aichi Prefecture in collaboration with the Federal Government. The rent varies depending on the apartment size, the time elapsed since the buildings were constructed, and the total income of the residents.
Ken-ei Jyutaku (state housing) is intended for families in need of low-cost housing; therefore, several procedures are necessary.
Pre-determined regulations must be followed in order to reside comfortably in Ken-ei Jyutaku.
Anyone can live in a state-owned apartment, but there are some conditions and regulations to be followed.
