The Tower of Hope, located in Kota Cultural Park, is a Y-shaped observation platform standing 20 meters tall; from its two viewing decks, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Kota City and the surrounding park, making it an excellent spot to watch the bullet trains. You can follow the passing bullet trains across a wide field of view and, at night, admire the beautifully illuminated cityscape.
The observation platform is a steel-structured lookout that houses the “Bell of Happiness” at its center; many couples visiting the lookout ring the Bell of Happiness to seal their eternal love.
