Fujinomiya 5th Station marks the starting point of the climbing route to the summit of Mt. Fuji and cannot be accessed by public transportation or car during peak season.
But when the climbing season is over, we can drive up to this part of the mountain to watch the sunset or see the city lights. In November, the place becomes a spectacular viewpoint at an altitude of 2,400 meters, offering unique views for couples and families to stroll and take beautiful photos.
I came here in November to enjoy this incredible night view. Vehicle traffic is free at this time of year, if you come at night drive slowly because at night you will see many animals, such as moose, deer and wild boar, crossing the road or standing on the side of the road.

During this month, the track and parking lot are usually full of tourists on the weekend, but on weekdays there are hardly any people.
