The aid for Orphans in Toei City aims to promote the healthy education and well-being of orphaned children, as well as provide assistance to those who care for and raise these children.
│Eligibility
Residents of Toei City who are caring for or raising a child under the age of 18 (until the end of the fiscal year in which the child turns 18) and who meet the following requirements.
- A child whose father or mother has passed away.
- Children whose father or mother has a severe disability.
- A child whose father or mother has dissolved the marriage.
- A child whose father or mother has been missing for more than a year.
│Amount of the subsidy (monthly)
2,500 yen per child.
│Payment method
- Payment will begin in the month following the month in which the request was submitted.
- Payments will be transferred to your designated account in March (referring to the period from October to March) and in September (referring to the period from April to September) of each year.
│Procedure
- Please submit your registration form to the Social Assistance Division of the city hall.
- Also bring a document that verifies your bank details (such as a bank statement).
