Danilo Zanolini, is Brazilian, kickboxing fighter, came to Japan in 1999, won 4 belts ¨K-1 │RISE │HEAT │ISKA¨, was world champion in 2010.
He defended the title four times, before being slated to fight for the RISE welterweight belt.
Danilo Zanolini made his promotional debut with Rizin at his inaugural event on April 17, 2016, against Norihisa Amimoto. He won the fight via TKO, having taken down Amimoto three times in the first round. Zanolini was scheduled to face Gu Hui at Kunlun Fight 49 / Rebels 45 on August 7, 2016. He won the fight via unanimous decision.
It was revealed on July 5, 2018 that Danilo Zanolini would come out of retirement to face Go Woo Yong at HEAT 43 on September 17, 2018. Danilo Zanolini won the fight via 2nd round KO.
With the Fapicart RS Promotion for the vacated HEAT Kick middleweight title at HEAT 13 on March 14, 2010, he won the title via 2nd round KO.
Currently, he still participates in championships, manages his academies, where he also trains his students.
