First-time visitors should bring a letter of introduction from another clinic. First-time visitors who do not have a letter of introduction will be charged a fee of 5,400 yen, which is the consultation fee plus 5,400 yen.

Note: Patients who have previously used this hospital can request a consultation at the self-service machine 再来受付機 (Sairai Uketsukeki). After completing the procedures at the machine, attach the Consultation Request Form (Sairai Uketsuke-hyo) to your hospital Consultation Card (Shinsatsu-ken) and present them at the reception desk of the department of the medical specialty where you wish to consult.

Portuguese and Spanish, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm.
- Closed:
Saturday afternoons, Sundays and holidays. And at the end of the year (December 29th to January 3rd).
