Okazaki South Park is a very large park with a combination of an amusement park where people can spend a wonderful day with a traffic plaza, sports facilities such as a swimming pool and tennis court, and a stunning plum tree grove.
There are many rides available for parents and children at the Amusement Park, including children’s train, Ferris wheel, teacup, bicycle monorail, etc.
At the Traffic Square children learn about Japan’s traffic rules, with a huge track and instructors who guide and check children’s safety, small cars, tricycles, bicycles, walkways, pedestrian track, traffic lights and train line, with a very cheap price, starting at 40 yen, guaranteed fun for the whole family!
And the playground equipment has a swing, slide and other toys. And in spring there are plum forests, summer pools, Halloween autumn and in winter many events.
Minami Park’s traditional Plum Blossom Festival celebrates the 200 plum trees of 19 species that begin to bloom from mid-February to early March. On weekends, people are entertained
