Hamamatsu Flower Park

Hamamatsu Flower Park (はままつフラワーパーク) it is close to Lake Hamana in the city of Hamamatsu, with a mild climate all year round.

The total area of the site is 300 thousand square meters and around 100 thousand plants of around 3,000 species are cultivated.

It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the flowers. Plum, cherry, rose, tulip, azalea, lily and hydrangea flowers bloom from spring to early summer. In autumn there are Lilies and Roses and throughout the winter there are more than 200 Camellias in full bloom.

The Garden theater which is based on a European flower garden is full of seasonal flowers and you will never get bored here no matter what time of year it is.
The adjacent Bali Garden is a space with beautiful tropical plants that is reminiscent of a garden in a Bali resort hotel.
The Mexican Garden where cacti and other unique plants seen in dry regions around the world are gathered in a space so exotic that it almost makes you forget you are in Japan.
There are also other facilities for moments of relaxation such as the Japanese garden and a small amusement park with a Ferris wheel where children can also have fun, a 90,000 square meter lawn and a tram in the shape of a steam locomotive that circles the site.
