Mukaiyama Ryokuchi Park is a majestic 13,000m² green area located in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. Every year, from mid-February to mid-March, the Ume Festival (Plum Blossom Festival) is held, featuring around 400 plum trees of 29 different varieties.
