The Chubu Fireworks Festival in the Tenryu Ward of Hamamatsu City features about 500 fireworks that will be launched from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. At the end, you will see and hear 100 consecutive explosions along the Tenryu River aligned vertically on the ground as if they were gushing out, in addition, you will experience the sound effects of explosions surrounded by mountains, a natural mountain acoustic.
The Tenryu District Chubu Festival is held annually on the second Saturday of August.
